Jim Vallance

Jim Vallance has built an international career over the past five decades as a songwriter working with recording artists such as Aerosmith, Ozzy Osbourne, Heart, Alice Cooper, and Bryan Adams. His compositions have charted in multiple genres and territories and sold millions of recordings worldwide.

Vallance’s career serves as an ongoing inspiration to aspiring musicians and songwriters, one which has brought outstanding international acclaim to British Columbia including his achievements as the composer, along with Bryan Adams, of the hit Broadway and West End musical “Pretty Woman”.

Vallance has been inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, won multiple SOCAN, BMI, and ASCAP awards and been inducted into the Order of Canada.
