Graham Lee

Graham Lee was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada. After founding several businesses in his teens, Graham created a business plan while working on his UBC degree in the commerce undergraduate entrepreneurship program, which set the stage for The GSL Group, a unique start-up company that he founded in 1989 at the age of 25. RG Properties, a subsidiary of GSL, of which Graham is the chief executive officer and sole shareholder, is now Canada’s leading commercial/recreational/entertainment development and operations company, with over $500 million in developments and more than 2,500 employees.

GSL has also expanded into outdoor music festivals. Growing up on the North Shore, Graham played soccer at Ambleside and always thought it would be a great venue for an outdoor event. When he approached the District of West Vancouver, they agreed to do a test run of shows which began with a 2009 event with Sarah MacLachlan, Neil Young and Sherryl Crow. Since then, Ed Sheeran, Kenny Chesney, FUN, Lilith Fair and others have now played at Ambleside which has become a destination event every summer with Rock Ambleside Park under a long term arrangement with the District of West Vancouver. This same festival has expanded as an annual event in Kelowna and Prince George. Graham pioneered again bringing music to destinations where it had never been done before.
