Daphne Goldrick
An accomplished actress for stage, radio, television and film, Daphne Goldrick’s career began in her mother’s Vancouver Repertory Theatre. She apprenticed in Ontario, where she performed on stage and in dramas for CBC National radio. She returned to B.C., first working with Victoria’s Totem Theatre, and then in many productions with the Arts Club and Vancouver Playhouse including the Playhouse’s first production, The Hostage. She branched out into lyric writing, most notably with The Enchanted Forest and Only in Vancouver staged by the Arts Club. She has also written scripts for live television and for a CBC Radio comedy show out of Toronto. Over the last decade Daphne has been doing voice overs, mainly for Japanese films and cartoons and is active in Arts advocacy.
