Diane Lines

Diane is a veteran of the Vancouver music community. As a musical director, pianist, vocalist, arranger, composer, she has worked with a variety of artists including Juno Award winners Bria Skonberg, Shari Ulrich, Gary Fjellgaard and others. She also acts as Co-Musical Director for the Dal Richards Orchestra. Since 2011, she has been touring her signature show “JUMP”, with performances in Switzerland, Washington, Florida, Idaho, Nevada and throughout British Columbia. At present, she is the musical director for Bittergirl at the Arts Club Theatre. Giving back to the community is paramount to Diane; she created Choo Choo Ch’Boogie Jump Jr, a multi-media and live music concert, as a way to introduce elementary school children to blues and swing music, including relevant social and civil rights issues of the Jump Blues era. Diane is also the director and arranger for the PAL Chorus, a dynamic group of 55+ zoomers and shakers.
