Clyde Mitchell

Clyde Mitchell is well known to Vancouver audiences as the Resident Conductor of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. Originally trained as an orchestral french hornist, Clyde later studied conducting in California and has since garnered considerable recognition for his talents. Clyde regularly appears as an adjudicator and conductor for youth, community and honour orchestras and bands across Canada and the United States. He has made a significant impact on Vancouver audiences through his many appearances as a conductor, guest speaker, radio host and fundraiser.
