Terry David Mulligan
Media personality Terry David Mulligan was born in New Westminster in 1942. His first career was in the RCMP in northern B.C. from 1960 to 1964. He left the force to become a disc jockey for the next 20 years before joining CBC TV as a host of Good Rockin’ Tonite. His fame spread as he became VJ and producer of Much Music covering the West Coast music scene in Much West. He also emceed the concert that launched Greenpiece with Joni Mitchell and James Taylor. He has been doing two weekly radio shows Mulligan Stew and and his food and wine show,Tasting Room Radio. He recently released a new book entitled Mulligan Stew: My Life So Far. He also co-hosts a wine show called Hollywood and Vines with actor Jason Priestly. He’s hosted and emceed many charity functions and has appeared in such films as The Accused, the X Files, Hard Core Logo and the Fabulous Four Movies. He’s married to Meg, has four children and two grandchildren. He and the family have recently moved back from the Okanagan after four years to their new home in Vancouver.
