Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart proclaimed September 29th as ‘Nardwuar Day!’

Nardwuar is Vancouver’s very own legendary music historian, having been a staple of Canadian TV and radio for decades.

To celebrate his induction into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame, Nardwuar hosted a free, all ages gig at The Commodore Ballroom on Sunday September 29th. Aaron Chapman was MC and Nardwuar’s band The Evaporators entertained the crowd. Mayor Stewart was in attendance to present an official ‘Nardwuar Day’ proclamation.  Truly a memorable occasion….Congratulations Nardwuar!
