Today, the Arts Club Theatre Company announced the Denis Simpson Fund, which will directly support the company’s antiracism and inclusion initiatives. This endowment fund was established in honour of the late multitalented performer Denis Simpson, BC Entertainment Hall of Fame StarWalk inductee.

Denis’ extensive musical career has spanned 30 years as an actor, singer, songwriter and dancer. He appeared in the original productions of “Hair”, “Ain’t Misbehavin’” (Dora Award), “Little Shop of Horrors”, “Indigo”, “A Chorus Line”, “Five Guys Named Moe”, “The Coloured Museum”, and his 1996 Jessie-winning performance in the acclaimed one-man show “Denis Anyone?”.
