Crawford Hawkins
Following an illustrious career as an Executive Producer with various advertising and television film productions in the US, Crawford Hawkins began his Canadian career in 1983 in Vancouver as CEO of Post Haste Video Inc. a videotape and post production facility, merging with Alpha Cine Service, to become Tegra Industries Inc. of which he was President. When this was sold in 1988 he began a freelance career as a Motion Picture, Television Production and Post Production Executive, responsible for major motion pictures and television programs and series, including the X-Files. He has been involved, in a senior capacity, often as Chair, in many distinguished BC Film and Television Associations, currently serving as Executive Director of the Directors Guild of Canada. Adding to this distinction, Crawford Hawkins has been the recipient of several National Awards for his achievements in the Motion Picture and Television Industry in this Country.
